USD 368 is seeking applications for a IPS/Real World Learning Coordinator for the 2025-2026 school year.  This position will be based at Paola High School, but will support staff and students in grades 6th - 12th. 

The IPS/Real World Learning Coordinator will provide a program to maximize students' potential for entry into appropriate post-secondary education and career training opportunities.  Annual initiatives may include:  job shadowing, student internships, coordinating campus/training center visits, monitoring post-secondary success reporting, oversight of 6th-12th grade Individual Plan of Study programming/reports, etc. 

Ideal candidates will hold a KSDE teaching license for grades 6th-12th and have experience with career and technical education or counseling.  However, other interested candidates, including non-licensed candidates, will also be considered.
