USD 368 is accepting certified counseling applications for a counseling position at Paola High School.  This position is for the 2026-2027 school year with an anticipated start date of 8/3/2026.

The Paola High School counseling department serves an annual average of 575 students and consists of two academic/guidance counselors, one Individual Plan of Study/Real World Learning counselor, and one Registrar.  The position includes 20 extended contract days for an annual contract of 206 days and is covered under the USD 368 Master Agreement.  

2025-2026 BS Base:  $49,600 or $54,933 with extended contract

2025-2026 MS Base:  $53,575 or $59,336 with extended contract
