USD 368 is seeking applications for a music therapist at the Lakemary Center for the 2026-2027 school year.   

This position is located in Paola, KS and serves special education students in grades K-12.  The Lakemary Center is a private residential treatment facility for adolescents. 

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in music therapy or in an education, music, or therapy related field and hold, or have a desire to obtain, a MT-BC certification.  

This position works a 217-day, 12-month contract with a full benefits package, including membership in the Kansas Public Employee Retirement System pension plan.  

Anticipated start date is July 6th, 2026.
