USD 368 is seeking applications for a Behavior Program Coordinator to serve the eight districts in the East Central Kansas Special Education Cooperative (ECKSEC).  The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA certification and have experience working in K-12 special education. 

 

The Behavior Program Coordinator/BCBA provides leadership, coordination, and direct behavioral support services across the eight member districts (Paola, Louisburg, Osawatomie, Central Heights, Prairie View, Anderson County, Pleasanton and Jayhawk) of the ECKSEC.  This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring evidence-based behavioral programming for students with disabilities, including students with significant behavioral and social-emotional needs. The BCBA ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while building district capacity in positive behavior supports.

 

The position has an anticipated start date of 8/1/2026 and will work an 11-month contract (218 days) from August through June.  The ECKSEC is located in Hillsdale, KS.
